• These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of Max Invoice, a product of MERP TECHNOLOGIES LLC, registered in Dubai, UAE (JLT).

• By accessing or using Max Invoice, you agree to these Terms.

Max Invoice operates on a paid subscription model, including lifetime plans.

• Payments are processed through third-party providers such as Stripe, including Apple Pay and Google Pay
• We do not store your payment card details
• Prices and plans may change at our discretion

Refund Policy

Unless otherwise stated:

• Payments are non-refundable once processed
• Lifetime plans are one-time purchases and are not refundable
• Any exceptions are handled at our sole discretion.

You retain ownership of the data you create within Max Invoice, including:

• Invoices
• Customer information
• Uploaded documents

Max Invoice uses third-party services for:

• Error-free operation

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Loss of data, revenue, or business opportunities
• Use of the service is at your own risk.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless MERP TECHNOLOGIES LLC from any claims arising from:

• Your use of the service
• Violation of these Terms

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates (UAE).
